No prescription needed: Color is the easiest mood enhancer!

Get a load of this color! When I need a change of attitude, sometimes the easiest way to jump-start the process is to make a few changes to my immediate surroundings. It’s not like I go out and redecorate every few weeks or months. Although that would be pretty fun! But changing things up even a little can make a noticeable difference in my mood and get me thinking differently. Changing my location is usually helpful. I’m on the go a lot, so that works well for me. But when I’m staying put, I have other tricks. Sometimes I put old things in new places. Sometimes I add flowers to an unexpected spot. Other times all I need is a new color to inspire me. It’s all about color inspiration — getting ideas from the things and colors I see. And it works pretty well. You should try it!
