Too cute! Simple, sweet decorations for a DIY Easter!
Bunnies On A Budget: Adorable DIY Easter Decor! | The Party Goddess

Easter is just around the corner! You know what that means? Let the cuteness begin! Bunnies, chicks, cutie-patooties with Easter baskets, you wearing something flowery and fab! It’s all so adorbs I can hardly stand it! So now’s the time to take out all your bunny-licious Easter decor and give your place the full-on cute treatment! I have some ideas to help you do just that. And most of them involve nothing more than a trip to the dollar store. Woo hoo! Peep, peep!

See me on TV melting my Peeps!

I also have a super fun suggestion for using marshmallow Peeps — which now come in beaucoup colors — to make Rice Krispie treats. What a great idea, right? I was in D.C. and had a television appearance where I demonstrated my microwave melting skills and made these colorful Easter treats. It was the TV gig that almost didn’t happen! Take a look at this blog to see what happened — including the night before in my hotel room! — and watch the video.

If you don’t quite know where to begin with your Easter decor or your next event, that’s what The Party Goddess! is for. I’m here to help give you ideas and inspiration. I plan ridiculously fabulous events, each with a different look and feel. And I’m happy to share some of my faves with you so you can make your own event just as fab, just as unique.

Where to find The Party Goddess! ideas galore?

If you’ve been one of my loyal blog followers, you know that we publish these image roundups weekly. We feature a particular event for a particular client so you can go deep on the particular theme. If you know what’s up, skip this part. New visitors, take a look below…

In case you missed it, here’s what we’re doing, mentioned in the first blog. (And if you already know what’s going on, skip to the first photo!) Every day we’re posting event photos & inspiration to my Instagram page to give you ideas for your own events. And, of course, to encourage you to hire yours truly, one of the top event planners in Los Angeles, for your next soirée! In terms of format, we’re trying to capitalize on the whole hashtag calendar world and take advantage of #WeddingWednesday (#WW) and #ThrowbackThursday (#TBT) by posting wedding photos and cool stuff we’ve done on Wednesdays and on Thursdays, harkening back to a past client’s event, be it a celebrity, or just one of us tastemakers.

Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Monday:

What conjures up visions of Easter past more than shredded green plastic grass? You know, the kind we all had in the tomato carton baskets we made in grade school? Put some in a stylish box or basket, add cute bunnies or chicks and you have an instantly retro decoration for cheap… or should I say cheep, cheep?

Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Tuesday:

Here’s a fun suggestion: Bring the bunnies to the bar! Take some colorful glasses — I like these Moroccan tea glasses — add fake grass and some bunnies or chicks and you’re done! Then don’t forget to pour yourself a nice cocktail in one of the remaining glasses and toast your inspired, budget-friendly Easter decor!
