It’s hard drinking those eight glasses of water a day, isn’t it? Thank gawd for La Croix! And ice tea! Adding a little flavor to the regimen, even slices of lemon and cucumber in your water, helps quench thirst and keeps the body properly hydrated.
Drink coffee in the morning? Yeah, well, you’re going to need to drink even more water then because coffee dehydrates you. How about cocktails? Yep, they suck your body dry also. So if you tipple everyday (like I do!) you’ll have to quench thirst with additional H2O.
