Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Monday:
Now why would you ever want to have a plain old ice cream sandwich again when you can have a homemade one dipped in sprinkles and wrapped in a bandana to keep things tidy? The second photo is our take on patriotism with a mellower palette and then a pop of red stars and silver and white bottles.
Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Tuesday:
Have to say that I really do like Jell-o. I know it’s not the best thing in the world for you, but fricker, it looks good! The bandanas-as-napkins found their way to the smore’s station, too.
Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Wednesday:
Love the bottles on their sides, spilling glitter, natch. Perfect for a #WeddingWednesday bride who loves sparkle. Much better than random table runners and placemats. #Dumb. Amazing photos were by Maia Franz.
Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Thursday:
#ThrowbackThursday (#TBT), well, #tbt to the event itself and of course the various popcorn snacks we put into scallop cut craft paper envelopes and served in natural looking buckets. In the second photo, can you see the frozen berries in the ice and how perfect is the red in the licorice to celebrate all things red, white and blue.
Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Friday:
We decided that the ultimate hostess would carry her patriotic theme straight to the powder room so we used hand cut tri-colored soap to demonstrate that no detail was left unnoticed. For the second image, if you’re going to be so healthy and eat fruit, might as well have it easy to eat and slightly tricked out in wax paper cones. Oh, the options are endless!
