I love me a good happy hour! A refreshing cocktail, a cute bartender, good conversation, and let’s not forget… a reasonable bar tab. Seriously, what’s not to love about that? But sometimes, just sometimes, it’s too hot to go out. Or I don’t want to deal with parking. Or making myself look presentable if it’s been one of those days. (Wow, I sound really lazy.) But that’s no reason to skip happy hour. Invite your besties over to your place and do your toasting there in the comfort of your own leggings! We’re sharing some easy summer cocktails this week that’ll make happy hour even happier — and longer! They’re all from Brit + Co, a website I’m totally obsessed with. Straight outta Coachella, it’s the sipping coconut, the hippest way to get your daily dose of humble coconut water. Or any adult beverage you might want to put in there. Think of the possibilities! And this one’s personalized!

Berries are everywhere this time of year so why not put them in your glass? A fruity drink calls for some floating fruit in the summer. That way you can sip and nibble at the same time! Cheers! Happy #WeddingWednesday!
