New season, new look! Spring decor ideas straight from the garden!
Finally, we’re starting to thaw out from that endless winter with snow and blizzards. Wait, I live in California… OK, so finally the drizzling has stopped and it’s in the 80s again. That must mean it’s spring! Trees are bursting with blossoms. I’m getting ready to switch from martinis with olives to any drink ending in -tini. And I’m thinking about changing the look of my indoor space as well. Some spring decor is a refreshing way to welcome the new season, even if we haven’t exactly suffered through the hardship of an east coast winter. So see what’s blooming in your garden or what’s new at the farmer’s market and have fun decorating!
This week, we shared some photos to inspire your spring decor updates. A nest with flowers, ornamental cabbage or kale in a bowl (kale is everywhere, you might as well decorate with it), butterflies, daisies and my fave, Billy Balls. So many ways to bring spring inside!
If you don’t quite know where to begin, that’s what The Party Goddess! is for. I’m here to help give you ideas and inspiration. I plan ridiculously fabulous events, each with a different look and feel. And I’m happy to share some of my faves with you so you can make your own event just as fab, just as unique.
Where to find The Party Goddess! ideas galore?
If you’ve been one of my loyal blog followers, you know that we publish these image roundups weekly. We feature a particular event for a particular client so you can go deep on the particular theme. If you know what’s up, skip this part. New visitors, take a look below…
In case you missed it, here’s what we’re doing, mentioned in the first blog. (And if you already know what’s going on, skip to the first photo!) Every day we’re posting event photos & inspiration to my Instagram page to give you ideas for your own events. And, of course, to encourage you to hire yours truly, event planner extraordinaire, for your next soirée! In terms of format, we’re trying to capitalize on the whole hashtag calendar world and take advantage of #WeddingWednesday (#WW) and #ThrowbackThursday (#TBT) by posting wedding photos and cool stuff we’ve done on Wednesdays and on Thursdays, harkening back to a past client’s event, be it a celebrity, or just one of us tastemakers.
