You can click on her “Wine and Food Matcher” to find thousands of delicious pairings. For example, do you know what wine you should serve with Salmon Carpaccio? Well, thanks to this neat little gizmo I now know the best choice is a Pinot Noir or a Vernaccia Di San Gimignano. Who knew?! This tool is so easy to use! You can search either by wine or by dish. It also works in reverse. If you have a great wine you’d like to serve but don’t know what would go with it, she suggests and offers some delicious sounding recipes too.
