Please Explain

I really need a good laugh right about now and so I went through my emails in search of inspiration and this one popped up. Would someone please explain to me:

a) Who are the yo yos who respond to an email where someone forgets to address the person by name to whom they most graciously, deeply and desperately hope to give $4,000,000 to?

b) The mentality of someone sending these emails in the first place?

Buddy, if you’re truly in the Cote d’Ivoire, enjoy it. Close the laptop, don’t go phishing for dingbats over the internet. Who in God’s green land has time to type this cr– and what do they get out of it when people respond? Who would respond? If they have responded, what do they say? Yes, I’ve been waiting for your email, please give me the $4m now, Prada’s having a sale. Are the respondents senile? Intellectually challenged? Handicapable? Please, someone, give me some insight. Send me some info or just tell Ms. Atah to just wire the money – universe, I’m ready.
