This intoxicating beverage spurred us further into a hunt for all things coconut. We have never cooked with coconut oil, although we enjoy the fruits of others, so we were surprised when we learned, not only does it taste delicious in stir fry, but it does wonders for our skin and hair. Coconut oil can be found along side Vitamin E oil and is an amazing moisturizer or bath oil. When applied to wet hair, it stops the loss of proteins, allowing for a lustrous ponytail after continued use.
Coconut might just be our super-fruit.
