Here It Is! The Weekly Roundup of Event Photos and Inspiration – Week 10

Hi there! How was your week? As challenging, full disclosure, as it is for me to get these photos organized, and, oh, by the way, I don’t even do 1% of the work, it’s so fun to see the whole Instagram image week in review come together over the weekend. (See below for the full explanation of what we’re up to.)

This week’s recap features one of the parties we did for Keely and Pierce Brosnan. Ironic, because Pierce just celebrated his birthday on May 16th and I don’t think the office took that into consideration when we were planning this round up. So, Happy Belated, Pierce! xx

In case you missed it, here’s what we’re doing, mentioned in the first blog (and if you already know what’s going on, skip to the first photo!): “Every afternoon we’re posting event photos & inspiration to my Instagram page to give you ideas for your own events, and of course, encourage you to hire yours truly, fabulous event planner in California for your next soiree! In terms of format, we’re trying to capitalize on the whole hashtag calendar world and take advantage of #WeddingWednesday (#WW) and #ThrowbackThursday (#TT) by posting wedding photos and cool stuff we’ve done on Wednesdays and on Thursdays, harkening back to a past client’s event, be it a celebrity, or just one of us tastemakers. Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Monday:

Evidently you liked this photo, which I do too, but it’s funny to me that it got so many likes on Instagram when it’s sort of “busy” if you look at it as a thumbnail on your phone. Oh well, Christine Chang did an AMAZING job for us with these Malibu beach party shots. (She has a great blog, bee tee dubbs…)

Favorite Event Photos and Inspiration – Tuesday:

This amazing tent served several purposes, to seat everyone, but then to block the shots of the paparazzi. Ha! Not even their drones made it in. #Snap. P.S. How much do you love the fire dancers Keely brought in from Hawaii? Nuts, huh?

Happy #WeddingWednesday (#WW): Love the pineapples and, well, tons and tons of champagne. Need we say more?
