Might as Well Be Food

I’m including water in the food category because they are close enough. Close enough to not cause me to start another blog category anyway. Being 7-1/2 months pregnant with the weather warming up in LA, I am getting painfully aware that it won’t be long before I have too lose this baby weight. Can I please be Jenny McCarthy and pretend that I’m going to go into the hospital and deliver a 65 pound baby. No, I haven’t gained that much, but I feel like I’m on my way. Help.

Anyway, supposedly drinking water reduces your hunger pangs. I can’t imagine how but I’m trying. There is some hope for me with flavored and bubble water and these days I really like Hint ( www.drinkhint.com ) Right now I am pounding some Strawberry Kiwi instead of eating the fried ice cream I’m really desperate for. No sugar, no sweeteners, no preservatives. Perfect for the pregnant PG. How they make all of these great flavors without calories is beyond me but it’s 100% worth checking out.
