We have now established that my favorite things are: sugar, throw pillows, super small and super gigantic (yes, I know this is a grammatically challenged sentence.) Add to that, anything that LIGHTS up. Now for parties, here’s pretty much what kind of chairs most people rent: White wooden (horrible in most situations), natural wood, chiavaris (these are the bamboo nice ones) and then if you’re REALLY challenged or on a budget, the plastic Samsonite. I shudder at the mere mention.
IMAGINE how excited I was to find these fabulous new Glochairs that we can rent for your next event! These little numbers have illuminated plexiglass backrests that radiate light for 12 ish hours. They have cool seat cushions which come in black ultrasuede or white vinyl. They aren’t cheap, but they are unquestionably rockstar fabulous. So ditch the foldups and you-be-terrific-before-the-neighbors-figure-it-out. OK?
