How to Tame Bubbles When Boiling

This week I can finally say that I stumbled upon a quick fix that I actually had some previous knowledge of.

Although it may not be new to me, it definitely has merit to make it into a “Fix It Friday” post.

If you’ve ever had trouble with your pot boiling over, here’s the answer…a wooden spoon!

Just another one of those mysterious things we can’t explain. Somehow the spoon tames the bubbles. No need to try to understand it…just file it away in your memory for the next time you need it!
