Cooling Cake Layers – How To!
I bet you didn’t know this one?
When cooling cake layers, place bread slices on top to keep the cake layers soft and moist while the bread becomes hard as a rock.
Whenever I find a new easy fix, it makes me wonder, how in the heck someone figured this out?
Whatever the answer is, I’m adopting this as my new trick.
