Pigs really do fly! And we’ve seen it first hand with the food truck that is growing in popularity by the minute. We couldn’t get over its thesis statement of “the perfect blend of Asian and Pacific Rim flavors with French technique!” We don’t know exactly how that intersects, but we have heard the most marvelous things about their pork belly and duck tacos. Other taco options include spicy pork, carne asada or smoked chicken. I think first on our to-do list are the peanut butter carnitas topped with a red curry satay. Experimental and extravagant would be a good way to describe this chef duo, classically trained at the cordon bleu.
