There are lots of fun desserts for a Mexican-themed party: Churros (my fave), fried ice cream, strawberries to dip in sour cream and brown sugar, of course all kinds of different flan recipes and now – drum roll please – Poppies Popsicles (www.poppiesinc.com). They have these crazy flavors like Alfalfa, Hibiscus, Pico de Gallo (would LOVE to try that one!), Cocoa, Pecan and Strawberry. Word on the street is that Zach Braff and Naomi Watts dig ‘em.
