I have gotten lots of feedback lately that I have sounded morbidly depressed based on my blog. Reviewing them, ah, yeah, I sound depressed. I think I haven’t actually been that challenged because once I blog on my overwhelm and handle my data dump, I am great, but maybe I forgot to mention that? Anyway, it’s all good over here (in fact from a publicity standpoint, I don’t think it’s ever been better), for real and I’m now going to be back to my fun blogging/schedule and self.
First of all, it’s the Fourth of July! I love the 4th because the phone doesn’t ring and people barely email, I mean, I love the 4th because I am celebrating the good old U.S. of A. However, I will not lie that this is the perfect day to participate in a little too much pie and cupcake loving. In fact, at my friend’s party tonight, word has it she’s serving blueberry pie AND cupcakes so this will be difficult to resist.
Thankfully, my good friend Tracey Mallett (my pilates teacher with the new book coming out) sent me this great tip sheet for being healthy today (and well pretty much always.) Here goes – enjoy compliments of Tracey!!
