Event Planner Marley Majcher’s Pick for Goddess of the Week – Vita Gailiunaite!
Vita Gailiunaite has the skill, creativity and experience to make any event an extraordinary one. She has a natural ability to create unique events for any occasion that will live on as a lasting memory for years to come. Vita’s know-how came not only from formal training, executive education programs but also from lifelong experience starting with her childhood.
In her early childhood Vita’s parents introduced her to the art of building, planning, interior design, management, entertainment, creative cooking, international travel and (most of all) love for people and different cultures.
In her early teenage years, Vita attended private lessons at well known artist’s Michalina K. Banaitiene’s studio for Art and Interior decorating. Right after high school Vita studied in Germany and learned all about the hospitality business while watching her German host family grow their hotel/restaurant business into a great success. Her ability to communicate with diverse population/cultures, her passion to help, her attention to detail, her great organizational skills, and her unique taste and hard work got noticed quickly and led her to a management position at Import and Export company where she oversaw 300 employees.
Since then Vita has held different positions in the hospitality field and has had hands on experiences in real estate, culinary arts, wine making, event producing, and hotel/restaurant industries. She also has strong skills in management and marketing, publicity and public relations, sales strategies and incentives. Vita has traveled to more than 25 countries and fluently speaks 5 languages.
Vita is not only an extraordinary event producer; she also speaks about the Importance of Service Culture™, Importance of Negotiating Culture™ and Importance of Marketing Culture™ at different conferences and consults for restaurants and hotels around the world.
