Months of preparation came together this past weekend at our “Tower of Terror” Halloween bash that we planned for one of our favorite clients! If you read the post on Friday called “How to Become an Event Planner”, you’ll see that there was plenty of blood, sweat, and tears involved in the process. Honestly, it all becomes worth every minute of energy when you end up with a party like this.
Picture an old, dilapidated, and spooky hotel circa 1930’s. The end result was everything we imagined and more. The photo at the top of the page is of one of our spooky centerpieces that we used for decoration downstairs, near the fantastic photo booth that was set up for the guests.
Our “Luggage Room” served as the buffet area for dinner. By combining vintage luggage adorned with travel stickers with spooky things like skulls and bloody gauze, we were able to create the feeling of an old, abandoned, luggage room.
This is our outdoor hotel lobby that was at the entrance of the haunted hotel. Complete with old, peeling wallpaper and a fireplace with a mantle, it was the absolute perfect entrance to this Tower of Terror.
These crazy creations really brought a life of their own to this party! An unexpected splash of color and definitely not your ordinary centerpiece, huh?
Since today is the day, I wanted to bring you a little last minute inspiration. Hopefully you can incorporate a few of these funky ideas into your plans tonight?!
These pictures here don’t even cover a portion of what took place. There were endless amounts of details! Be sure to stay tuned to see it all once we have time to gather the photos and show you all of the inspiring elements.
And find many more party planning ideas in this guide. It’s FREE because we love ya!
Have a happy and safe Halloween!
