I’m Addicted!

I swear, I am freaking addicted to Whole Foods! I could live there and just nosh my way up and down the aisles all day….start with the wine, on to the cheese, swing by the prepared foods and salad bar, finish strong at the bakery and indulge in a midnight snack in fresh produce… Heavenly! If you haven’t shopped there – START NOW!

Their gig is to sell the highest quality foods they can find that are free of artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, sweeteners, and hydrogenated fats. And they’ve mastered it! I can personally testify that they sell some of the best tasting natural foods I have ever put in my mouth..and that’s saying a lot! My mouth is watering just thinking about what I had for lunch and dinner yesterday (Take note of the recurring cheese theme. Cheese and Chocolate – two of my favorite food groups! Needless to say, I’m headed to the gym)…. 

Lunch – I dug into the most delectible light, airy, DOUBLE cheese  souffle called “gidi about cheese” – Positively Orgasmic!

Dinner – It was a crazy day (what else is new?!) so I served up what is now one of my family’s favorites – “Full of Life Flatbread Olive & Feta Cheese Pizza with Cornmeal Crust & Tomatoes.”  These pizzas are by far the best frozen pizza I have ever eaten – and healthy too! The kids love them as is, but my husband and I make our own killer creations by adding whatever we can find in the fridge. There you go – family bonding over food. Works for me! And it’s sooo easy!

You seriously need to head to Whole Foods and try these. Look for me – I’ll be the one parked at the food sampling table!
