A few weeks ago, we hosted an event along with two other fabulous companies. We had such a great time throwing a “Back-to-School” themed party with Carmody & Co and Lemonade in Pasadena!
After several weeks of planning, things were coming together beautifully. Over-sized props became the main focus. Starting with pieces like our six foot tall #2 pencil and an enormous apple inspired us to continue with the theme and think BIG.
Here we are back at the office working on the Lemonade Stand that we were so proud of! With just some heavy board, chalkboard paint, fabric for the border, and some chalk, you can do the same thing. Very simple and quite pretty!
Take a look at what we did with our huge pencil, apple, and eraser. Piling some old books on wood crates worked perfectly to bring the ensemble together. With just a few fun ideas like this, your party guests won’t be able to stop talking about the creativity involved in all of the gorgeous little touches.
This was our unique way to tie the three companies together. For Lemonade, we wrote “Always turn lemons into lemonade”. Next was “Embrace your inner Party Goddess”. Finished off with “A note of thanks from Carmody & Co”.
