Hey guys! I am doing something a bit different on Friday, July 2, at 10am PDT that I want you all to know about. My friend Alice T. Chan is hosting a five day telesummit entitled “5 Steps to a Home Selling Breakthrough…How to Take Matters Into Your Own Hands and Create the Results You WANT and NEED!” and I am one of the featured speakers. What could I possibly have to say about selling a home you ask? Well, in my segment “Creating That Wow! Factor for Your Open House!” I will be talking about how to treat a traditional open house like a party (duh). I’ll also be discussing how to turn an ordinary home selling event into something extraordinary and memorable to attract more buyers.
