This Valentine’s Day We’re Calling All Cupids For Cocktails!
I kind of started this thing called Mixology Monday because I absolutely hate Mondays. Which is a weird thing to say on a day dedicated to love. Anyhoo… Guess what happened? Every single one of my friends showed up. So we kept doing ‘em. Every. Single. Monday.
Last week, to get ready for Valentine’s Day, we made Champagne Cocktails at our MM party, including this magical looking French 75. Its effervescent deliciousness features Cognac, a touch of simple syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice, all topped off by Champagne. They’re SO good we couldn’t keep the glasses full enough to snap a pic!
