OK, well the drinks I’m going to reference are not exactly classics, kind of the opposite but I love the very cool Miss Charming’s website. Thanks Cheryl! Next blog is about you.
Goodness I love really smart, passionate, clever people. I stumbled across another gem while doing a little research for an event – Kim Haasarud, the owner of Liquid Architecture. Her California based-company is a beverage consultancy that comes up with fabulous concepts for companies, events, you name it. In a recent article, Kim talked about beverage trends and stated: “The biggest trend [right now] is fresh ingredients. Some popular ingredients [are] pomegranate, Concord grape, pear, grapefruit, blood orange, and herbs like sage, rosemary, basil and cilantro.” Sounds extraordinarily healthy to me – natch.
Her website has a great recipe for a Ginger Beer Infusion made with crushed ginger, mint, ginger beer, citrus, vodka and lemon. Now we all know that ginger eases nausea. What do you think, do I have an excuse?
These drinks sound yummy. I need one right now!!!
