If you have more than one friend you know what it’s like to pick a play date that works for everyone. Not exactly patient in the first place, I personally find the whole process nightmarish. This week I had to reschedule a meeting that involved six people. Help! The first round of reorg completely flunked; the second was more easily managed. I think this might have more to do with the dog days of summer than my wondrous organizational ability, but the meeting did FINALLY get successfully moved.

There you will find an easy, no frills tool to set your next dish fest. Not only do you get to coordinate tons of people for a particular date (one of their samples coordinates 128 people) but you can also specify times. Running a catering and event planning company involves walk throughs with lots of different vendors with equally crazy schedules. Now though, even if you’re just planning your next spa “conference” with the chicas, this site will save you lots of time. Check it out, this is my favorite tip of the summer so far!
