2012 is on it’s way. What a great excuse to throw a party, right?
Take a look at these gorgeous visuals that I found on pinterest.com. If this doesn’t ignite your creativity, then I don’t know what will!
A simple touch like these gold stars as a drink garnish adds such a unique tone. I just can’t get enough of the champagne flavored with a fruit popsicle. So much fun!
While searching for some cocktail ideas, I came across these “Shimmering New Year’s Streamers” on marthastewart.com.
With such simple steps, anyway can make them!
Circle Streamers How-To:
1. Spray pieces of card stock with spray adhesive on both sides; cover with wrapping paper.
2. Cut out graduated circles from wrapped card stock using an adjustable circle cutter (ours were 2 to 6 inches in diameter).
3. Punch a hole at the top and bottom of circles, except smallest one. For smallest circle, make a hole at top edge only. Connect circles using jump rings, placing largest circle at top and smallest at bottom. Repeat process to make more streamers. Use monofilament and a thumbtack to hang each streamer from ceiling.
There’s so much inspiration everywhere you look! Get creative and have a VERY Happy New Year!
