Hola NYC,
You know, so many people don’t like you. They think you’re dirty, mean and rushed. I’ve got to say that I disagree. I really like you New York. You’re always friendly to me (please God don’t let the bag snatchers read this and ruin it for me.) Even though my throat is full of daggers this morning, I don’t care. I’m still in a great mood. Your weather is crisp. They say it’s going to snow, but not before I leave. So sad! I had a great Mexican dinner at Cancun last night. Yes, good Mexican food does exist outside of Los Angeles and our various barrios. Good company is everywhere. Thank you for friends who can get together spur of the moment, my sweet Courtney Kern never disappoints. Being with Courtney reminds me of my New York fun with Beach Bomar. That makes me sad because the most cheerful girl in the world isn’t with me. I hear Miss Tara is coming into town as well – I need to time this stuff better because I’m missing everything!
I am checking out of my hotel now to brave the cold, bitter, New York situation (not! I can’t wait to walk!) to head to BetterTV for my Awards Party spot. Then, on to one of my favorite homes away from home to visit Mr. Mario Bosquez and Ms. Naomi Gabay Schway at Sirius to do a little Martha Stewart Radio. Then JFK, here I come. You and I are so intimately related.
Thanks for everything New Yoke Ceety (as my almost 4 year old likes to say), so far you’ve always done me right.
Ciao for now.
P.S. For those of you who want to know about my other life, my children are good! Cullen turns 15 tomorrow (NO WAY!) and Stanley turns 4 on Wednesday. How is this possible??? xo Peeps.
