Every now and then it's a good idea to find a cathartic way to release your worries. Being crafty will always take your mind off of things. The steps are super simple and need basically zero explanation. You'll need: 4 different colors of paint, one bottle of spray paint, two paintbrushes (one small for corners and creases), 4 different leaf arrangements, 4 white panels/blank canvas. Just take one of the paint colors and cover the canvas area with it. Once that dries, place a leaf arrangement where you want it on the canvas, and spray paint until everything is completely covered.
