Fun Tips For a DIY Spring Brunch

I could write 100 blogs about spring parties! Spring is a time of renewal and leaves such a fresh feeling in the air.

If you’re looking to get the girlies together and want to keep it homemade, these are the tips for you. I’ve found tutorials at blogs.babble.com that will allow you to get some cathartic craft time AND have a fabulous soiree when you’re finished!

The first thing you will need at your brunch is tea. Why not make your very own tea bags like these from abeautifulmess.typepad.com (click on each link for full tutorials)?

Adorning the table with DIY cloth napkins will always be a hit. These are from prudentbaby.com and they just scream spring, don’t they?

The best thing about them: there’s no shortage of patterns or colors when you take the time to make your own.

If your guests are looking for a little spiked punch or maybe a mimosa, you have to serve them up in one of these Gilded Lace Champagne Glasses.

Unique, sparkly , and a little bit retro, these babies will be the star of the show. Not to mention, you’ll be able to sit back and sip from these for years to come.

Even though they may look super sweet, that doesn’t mean that they are difficult to make. At www.fabricpaperglue.com they give away every step that it takes to put these together. I absolutely cannot WAIT to try this!

So what do you think? Give me your comments and feedback below. And, oh, by the way, don’t forget to tell a friend if you like what you see! xo
